Update - The network has been stable throughout the weekend with little measurable packet loss. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Monitoring - We are continuing to monitor the network situation. Packet loss has subsided, but we continue to work with our providers to reach a permanent resolution.

Identified - We’ve Identified the problem, applied a fix, and are monitoring the results. Some customers are still experiencing increased rates of packet loss. We are continuing to work with our carriers on a complete solution.

Investigating - ANP1 network is experiencing intermittent packet loss due to an issue with our upstream providers. This issue is being actively worked by our networking staff in tandem with our providers.
